The TY-2018 WIFI version of the central air conditioning quantitative sampling robot adopts front and rear digital cameras, with a vertical rotation of 180 degrees and a horizontal rotation of 360 degrees at the front, and a pan tilt digital camera (3 million pixels) linked with lighting. Combined with the rear digital visual camera (2 million pixels), it forms a digital camera system with high-definition lighting. The robot has a height of 98 millimeters and a width of 155 millimeters, making it a compact robot.
Given the widespread use of laptops, the robot design that retains wireless on-site control of sampling and video detection by laptops, as well as remote network video detection, not only fully realizes the major breakthrough of fully computerized central air conditioning quantitative sampling and monitoring robots, but also eliminates the cost waste and operational transportation troubles of the original robot's independent control and display system. Due to the use of remote control operation, the coverage range of the robot has been improved, truly achieving distance free detection (robots walking in pipelines, people walking under pipelines), reducing the trouble of placing robots multiple times in the same pipeline. Traditional robots claim to be 20 meters long, but after deducting factors such as pipeline height and external power supply location, a walking distance of 15 meters inside the pipeline is actually good. However, most air conditioning pipelines are much longer than 20 meters, and the robot needs to be removed from one air outlet multiple times before being reinserted into the next air outlet of the same pipeline during monitoring, greatly improving monitoring efficiency.
The body of this robot adopts a high-strength alloy body, which is equipped with a German imported motor and efficient anti-skid tracks. It has good passability and strong traction and climbing ability; Installed on the front and rear digital cameras of the robot, the pan tilt digital camera (3 million pixels) with a vertical rotation of 180 degrees and a horizontal rotation of 360 degrees at the front, combined with the lighting linkage, and the rear digital visual camera (2 million pixels) form a digital camera system with high-definition illumination.
