Scope of Application

TXK-F is suitable for small current grounding systems with high voltage generators or high voltage motors of various voltage levels from 6KV to 35KV.

Working principle

Non generator stator arc grounding

When the non generator stator is grounded by arc light, the intelligent controller quickly issues a command to close the corresponding phase contactor;

If the intelligent controller is set to automatic recovery state, the device will automatically recover according to the user's set time and open the grounding contactor;

The device records various parameters at the time of the fault;

The device simultaneously emits an alarm signal.

Generator stator experiences arc light or metal grounding

When the device detects arc light or metal grounding in the generator stator, the intelligent controller reliably locks the arc extinguishing device and only alarms.

Metal grounding

When metal grounding occurs in the non generator stator system, the intelligent controller selects the grounding contactor or alarm according to user requirements;

If the intelligent controller is set to an automatic recovery state, the device will automatically recover according to the user's set time and open the grounding contactor;

The device simultaneously emits an alarm signal.

PT disconnection

When the system experiences PT disconnection, the intelligent controller sends an alarm signal.

Main functions

The device can quickly and reliably operate when the system experiences arc grounding, converting the arc grounding phase into high-frequency damping grounding;

The device can introduce up to 6 generators or high-voltage motors with zero sequence current; When the stator arc of the generator (motor) is grounded, the device can accurately determine and lock the arc extinguishing action function

After arc grounding, the recovery method of the device can be flexibly set: manual recovery, delayed automatic recovery, and automatic conversion to manual recovery after two actions can be achieved. The delay time and recovery method can be set according to on-site requirements;

Intelligent harmonic elimination function can eliminate various resonances from 0-300Hz, and the harmonic elimination component adopts the constant current principle

Intelligent line selection function (optional)

After the arc grounding action, the device can record and store the instantaneous capacitance current value of the grounding system for system analysis;

The device has the functions of background time synchronization and parameter modification, which can achieve remote control and signal reset, and is practical for unmanned substations;
