1、 Overview
1. TX-YBS-WB precision digital pressure gauge is a portable instrument that can be used for both AC and DC. It can measure current while measuring pressure and is equipped with a 24VDC output. 2、 Purpose:
TX-YBS-WB precision digital pressure gauge can be used not only as a high-precision calibration standard (meter), but also as a working instrument, widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, power, natural gas, metrology, and scientific research departments.
3、 Working principle

2 Working principle:
a: Pressure: The measured medium is subjected to pressure from a pressure tube on a solid-state (silicon diaphragm) sensor. When the pressure changes, the resistance of the diffused silicon diaphragm changes under the pressure resistance effect. This change is detected as an electrical signal and converted into a voltage signal proportional to the pressure through a circuit. The signal is then converted into a digital signal by an analog-to-digital converter and processed by a microprocessor to display the numerical value of the measured medium pressure on an LCD display.
B current: Insert a random pair of probes into the corresponding holes on the instrument panel, and turn the instrument to the current mode to measure.

5、 Usage operation
1. Power on, key: Press the "on" button to turn on the instrument power, and the LCD displays the instrument measurement status; Press the "and" button to turn off the instrument panel and cut off the power supply.
2. Zero calibration button: Before measurement, press this button once, and the instrument will automatically collect the zero value of the sensor and send it to the CPU for processing, ensuring that the data measured by the instrument is the actual pressure value.
3. Pressure Health: If the LCD displays the measurement status of pressure and current, press this button once to switch the instrument to display "KPa, mmH2O" or "MPa (Kg)" simultaneously.
4. Current button: When the instrument current needs to be detected, press this button once, and the LCD will display the measured value. Press this key repeatedly to switch between pressure, current, and current percentage.
5. Backlight button: works in low light environments. Press this button once to turn on the backlight for easy reading.
6. Detecting transmitter: The instrument is equipped with a 24VDC power output. When detecting the transmitter, simply turn on the instrument to the current mode, insert the red probe into the "24V OUT MAX30 mA" hole, and insert the black probe into the "mA IN MAX20 mA" hole to directly connect with the "+" and "-" poles of the transmitter to detect the transmitter. If the 24V output voltage of the instrument is not required, the red and black probes can be directly inserted into the "mA IN MAX20 mA" and "COM" and connected in series to the 24V voltage regulator, and then directly connected to the transmitter to detect the transmitter.
7. Pressure and current full-scale calibration:
(1) Pressure full-scale calibration: If the instrument displays "Kpa (MPa)" and "mA", press the "pressure button" to switch the instrument display to both "Kpa (MPa)" and "mmH2O (kg)" display states. After pressurization to full range stability, press the "pressure and current buttons" at the same time. At this time, the first line of the LCD screen displays the measured pressure value in the second line of FS ADJ B, indicating that the pressure full-scale calibration state has been entered. At this point, simply press the "backlight button" to calibrate and automatically exit the full-scale calibration program, entering the normal measurement state.
(2) Full range calibration of current: Press the "current button" to switch the display to both mA and% display states. Add a stable DC20.000mA standard signal between mA IN and COM, and press the "Pressure, Current" button at the same time. At this time, the first line of the LCD display screen shows: FS ADJ B. The second line shows the measured current value, indicating that the current has entered the full range calibration state. At this point, simply press the "backlight button" to calibrate the automatic output and exit the full-scale calibration program, entering the normal current measurement state.
6、 Precautions
1. When the charging indicator light changes from red to green, stop charging the battery. Long term charging can easily damage high-energy batteries.
2. If the instrument is not used for a long time, it should be charged once every three months.
3. The instrument has sufficient overload capacity, but if it exceeds 1.5 times the overload capacity, there is a possibility of permanent damage to the sensor.
4. The silicon diaphragm of the pressure sensor is very thin; Do not allow solids, particles, or other hard objects to enter the sensor. Please indicate this in the order contract.
5. Without specialized testing skills and specialized testing equipment, do not open the hood for maintenance at will, and do not adjust or replace components, otherwise the accuracy of instrument measurement cannot be guaranteed.
6. Do not let other heating elements such as soldering irons get close to the display screen and housing. 7. Although the instrument has seismic design, it should still be handled with care, especially when used on site, to avoid falling or colliding.
8. The internal sealing material of sensors for instruments above 600KPa is nitrile rubber. Do not come into contact with corrosive solvents such as engine oil.
