Working principle: The material enters the machine through the upper feeding port. Before reaching the upper screening grid, the material flow is automatically and evenly dispersed by adjusting the uniform adjustment plate in the feeding box, and flows onto the upper screening surface. The upper screening uses a combination of reciprocating vibration and upward airflow to automatically layer the material according to its gravity.
The material flow moves along the upper sieve, and as it passes through the second and third stages of the upper sieve, the secondary and heavy materials located in the lower layer of the material flow gradually pass through the sieve holes and fall onto the lower sieve surface. The lower sieve uses a combination of reciprocating vibration and upward airflow to automatically layer the material according to its gravity. The heavy materials located in the lower layer of the material flow move upward under the action of the woven sieve and are discharged from the outlet of the heavy materials. The secondary heavy materials located in the upper layer of the material flow along the lower sieve surface towards the outlet of the secondary heavy materials. The light impurities concentrated by the upper sieve, regardless of their size, flow out of the end of the sieve surface along with the light materials. The light grain shells, dust, etc. are carried by the suction duct, and the operator can change the proportion of material flow concentrated on the upper screening surface (5-30%) within the allowable range by selecting the screening surface and adjusting the butterfly damper. Through a sealed observation window, the working effect can be intuitively monitored. The separated light materials flow out from the outlet, the secondary heavy materials flow out from the outlet, and the heavy materials flow out from the outlet.

Lifting and installation
This machine is used for material grading. To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to equip it with a separate suction net.
The machine needs to be installed on a sturdy floor without vibration, with a space of 1100mm wide for replacing the screen surface and 600mm space at the other end for maintenance.
The installation dimensions of TFJX60-150 grading and selection machines are shown in the figure.
Two circular screws are used for lifting the machine. After installation, remove the yellow transport fixing plate (2) (note: after removing the fixing plate, the bolt with serial number 1 must be reinstalled and tightened), so that the machine is in a horizontal position. Use anchor bolts to fix the machine to the floor and connect the inlet, outlet, and chute.
Attention! The movable material blocking rubber plate on the discharge port should be checked regularly to ensure normal airtightness and material flow. The suction duct at the top of the machine should be connected to the suction duct with rubber seal. Connect the power supply by a certified electrician to ensure that both motors are turned on and off simultaneously, and that the two motors rotate in opposite directions (as indicated by the arrows on the machine), and a grounding wire must be used.
