The TQ-669 sensor is suitable for applications with low working torque and high peak torque. Traditional torque sensors, considering safety factors, must select their range based on peak torque, so ideal accuracy cannot be achieved in actual measurement of working torque that is of concern.
Dual range sensors can easily switch ranges, ensuring high accuracy in both peak torque and working torque measurements.
The power supply and signal output between the sensor rotor and stator are achieved through non-contact methods. In addition, the low tolerance and height balance of the shaft installation method are prerequisites for achieving a speed of 50000 revolutions per minute.
