The TP-24 nozzle cleaning machine adopts a multi nozzle spray cleaning method, using fluid mechanics to break down water and produce extremely fine water mist, which forms strong kinetic energy at the speed of sound and sprays onto the nozzle. A continuous energy field is formed above the nozzle to be cleaned, crushing the dirt on the surface and inside of the nozzle. The machine does not require any solvents and can be cleaned using industrial purified water.
Cleaning: The machine is fully automatic and can clean 24 suction nozzles at a time. Different models of suction nozzles are equipped with different fixture trays, and any type of surface mount machine suction nozzle can be cleaned. After cleaning, the compressed air is automatically blown dry.
