The contactless smart card one card management system (referred to as one card) is a product of the development of information technology and electronic communication technology, and is an effective measure for property management and security management. The system uses radio frequency technology to achieve non-contact information transmission. In actual use, the card does not directly contact the device, only needs to be shaken in front of the device, and the system can collect the required information, realizing many functions such as access control, attendance, parking lot management, POS catering consumption management, etc. Due to its high safety, wide applicability, and extremely convenient use and management methods, it is widely used in important places such as banks, hotels, high-end office buildings, intelligent communities, factories, etc. This system has become an important component of building weak current systems and a significant symbol of modern building management.

In actual use, access control management requires cardholders to swipe their cards to enter the corresponding authorized prevention area. Cardholders without cards or invalid cards cannot enter the prevention area. At the same time, the system automatically records the attendance status of cardholders, which can realize the automation of attendance data collection, information query, and attendance statistics process, improve the modernization of personnel management, replace manual card signing and clocking in, facilitate the management personnel to calculate and assess the attendance rate of various departments, and accurately grasp the attendance status of employees; At the same time, the card can also be used for consumption in places such as canteens. A smart card can replace the key to enter and exit the door, library card, medical card, access card, and various sports facility usage cards, with identity recognition and electronic wallet functions.
