The TGH-SCODMn potassium permanganate index water quality online automatic monitoring instrument adopts the principle of potassium permanganate oxidation titration for detection. The pre treated water sample is oxidized and digested by potassium permanganate under constant temperature conditions, and then reduced by adding excess sodium oxalate solution. The excess reducing agent is titrated with potassium permanganate solution, and the titration endpoint is determined by absorbance or oxidation-reduction potential. The potassium permanganate index value is calculated by the volume of potassium permanganate dripped back. The measurement method used by the instrument meets the requirements of the "Technical Requirements for Permanganate Index Water Quality Automatic Analyzer" (HJ/T1002003) standard.
