TDZ series low-noise axial flow fan

Used for air supply, exhaust, cooling, and heat dissipation in larger venues such as forging and smelting, mechanical manufacturing, chemical fiber manufacturing, grain warehouses, hotels, and theaters. Among them, the pipeline type can be used for air supply, exhaust, and pressurization through pipelines.

It has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, large air volume, small size, and light weight.
Usage: This series of products is suitable for ventilation and air exchange in buildings, and can be used for both pressurized (connected to pipelines) and non pressurized (not connected to pipelines) ventilation. Especially suitable for places that require low noise, factory workshops, hotels and restaurants, theaters, music halls, medical institutions, underground engineering, chicken farms, etc.
Form and Performance
This fan is divided into three types according to the installation method when it leaves the factory:
1. TDZ-11 wall type: There are eight varieties of machine numbers: 2.2C, 3C, 4B, 5A, 5B, 6A, 7A, and 8A. The air volume ranges from 400 m3/h to 22000m3/h, the noise is only 54dB (A) to 77 dB (A), the weight ranges from 11kg/set to 98 kg/set, and the diameter of the air duct ranges from Φ 300mm to 810mm. To save energy and make full use of space, this model can be fixed to the wall with expansion bolts, which is suitable for situations where it never moves.
2. TDZ-12 job type: There are ten varieties of machine numbers, including 3C, 4B, 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B, 7A, 7B, 7C, and 8A. The air volume ranges from 1600m3/h to 2300 m3/h, the noise level is 61-77 dB (A), the weight ranges from 18.5kg/set to 110 kg/set, and the diameter of the air duct ranges from Φ 308mm to Φ 810mm. This type is suitable for mobile applications.
The TDZ-12 type post type fan can be further divided into:
a) Rotating type - the feet remain stationary and the height and direction of the blowing air can be adjusted freely within a certain range.
b) Foot support type - keep the feet still and adjust the tilt angle of the blowing air freely.
c) Fixed - Dead leg.
3. TDZ-13 pipeline type: There are fifteen machine numbers including 2.5D, 3C, 3.2D, 4C, 5B, 5C, 6B, 6C, 7A, 7B, 7C, 8A, 8B, 8C, and 10A. Suitable for installing pipes at both ends or in the middle, used for pressurization of ventilation ducts.
