The system adopts P.I.D. temperature control system, which can accurately control the regeneration temperature; This series of dehumidification systems adopts a variable cooling structure to ensure lower return air temperature and dew point;

Working Principle:
The main body of the honeycomb wheel is composed of ceramic honeycomb made of ceramic fibers and organic additives. Molecular sieves and silica gel are used as the basic materials for high-temperature crystallization and sintering to make the surface hard and strongly adsorbed inside the honeycomb. Therefore, unlike general cylindrical or rotary molecular sieves, which produce powder particles after aging and are blown into the drying bucket by the drying wind to pollute the plastic, the lifespan of the honeycomb wheel is unlimited and can be cleaned. Unlike general molecular sieves, which are easily saturated or aged and need to be replaced frequently, the moisture is quickly absorbed by the molecular sieve when the humid return air passes through the countless small holes of the honeycomb wheel. Therefore, when it leaves the honeycomb, it has been completely dehumidified and reaches a very low dew point. The regeneration and dehumidification principles are similar and occur simultaneously, except that the direction of the regeneration wind is opposite.
