The experimental operation is simple, the performance is good, and it is used and recognized by smoke exhaust duct production enterprises, quality inspection departments, and related industry laboratories.

This machine adopts oil cylinders, with high control accuracy and measurement accuracy. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank is driven by a motor to enter the oil circuit through a high-pressure pump, and flows through a one-way valve, a high-pressure oil filter, a differential pressure valve group, and a servo valve before entering the oil cylinder. The computer sends control signals to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, thereby controlling the flow into the oil cylinder and achieving control of the constant velocity test force.

The YAW-300S fully automatic exhaust duct pressure testing machine is used for vertical bearing capacity testing of finished products in flues and exhaust ducts, fully meeting the standard JG/T 194-2018 Residential Kitchen and Bathroom Exhaust Ducts. The testing machine adopts software and electro-hydraulic servo valve control, drives hydraulic cylinders, and automatically controls the test force, displacement and deformation in multiple modes, completing compressive testing and inspection of various materials and specifications of specimens.
