2： HH-601 Super Constant Temperature Water Bath (Tank) Structure

The shell is made of metal plate, and the control box is directly installed on the water tank. There are two inlet and outlet nozzles for the condensate pipe next to it. The water tank uses imported high-quality water pumps as circulating power, which solves the problem of uneven warm water and enables the instrument to achieve high temperature control accuracy and water uniformity requirements. This product can be used for internal and external circulation. By connecting the two inlet and outlet pipes with latex tubes, it can be used for internal circulation. Remove the latex tube and connect the two pipes to the inlet and outlet of the reaction kettle or other experimental device respectively to form external circulation. The copper water pipe near the control panel is the outlet pipe connected to the pump, and the other is the inlet pipe. Please be careful not to connect them incorrectly to avoid water backflow when starting up.

4： Instructions for using HH-601

Before using a 220V AC power supply, please ensure that the rated current of the power socket is not less than 6A and that it has a safety grounding device (please connect the grounding device to the working room when using). When adding water, please note that the distance from the top cover plate should not be less than 8cm (for super constant temperature water bath). Soft water must be used, distilled water must be used, and hard water such as well water, river water, spring water, etc. should not be used to prevent the heating tube from bursting and affecting the constant temperature sensitivity.

First, turn on the power, then turn on the heating switch. Set the desired temperature value on the instrument according to the instructions. When the temperature reaches the set value, you can turn on the cycle switch, and all programs will enter normal working mode.

5、 HH-601 Precautions

When injecting water, please keep a distance of no less than 8mm from the water tank. When shutting down, please turn off the circulation and heating switches first, and then turn off the power switch. Please maintain proper grounding to avoid accidents
