structural characteristics
The QJB-P submersible jet aerator consists of a submersible motor, a hard toothed reducer, a wide propeller blade, a well pump impeller, a space guide vane, an intake pipe, a muffler, an installation float, and an electronic control.
Submersible motor: three-phase squirrel cage induction motor, installed in an inflatable waterproof casing, with stator insulation level of H (180 ℃), protection level of IP68, vacuum impregnation, direct cooling of working medium, power supply of 380V/3-phase/50HZ;
Main shaft: The rotor shaft and the output shaft of the impeller are both made of stainless steel ASTM420 (2Cr13), which has sufficient strength;
Bearings: The main bearings of the submersible motor are double row angular contact, the supporting bearings are deep groove balls, and the reducer bearings are in the form of automatic self-aligning rollers and deep groove balls. The whole machine has eight imported bearings, which can withstand the radial and axial loads caused by the three-phase flow of solid, liquid, and gas.
Shaft seal: It adopts independent three series connected rubber corrugated tube mechanical seals, and the friction pair material is tungsten carbide tungsten carbide;
Impeller: The impeller of the propeller adopts a swept back anti winding airfoil and is made of glass reinforced polyurethane material; The impeller of the self-priming aeration device adopts a patented design of a large channel well pump, with auxiliary three-dimensional guide vanes for high efficiency and large air intake;
Sealed cable: The cable sealing head is sealed by special vulcanization treatment or by pouring environmentally friendly resin as required;
Motor protection: The motor has overload and overheating protection, and three sets of thermal switches are embedded in the winding coil;
Hard tooth helical gear: professionally customized submersible gears can efficiently transmit torque and operate stably and reliably;
Motor hanger: Made of stainless steel, it can avoid any electrochemical corrosion, is easy to lift, and runs stably;
Leakage sensor: using electrode type copper rod, with sensitive and reliable response, to prevent the submersible motor from leaking and burning.
Anti corrosion: The shell adopts marine anti-corrosion coating, which can be used in sewage medium for a long time.
