Design a ball bowl adjustable device to keep the two roller ball bowls always within the adjustable range and never misaligned. The structural principle of the strong ball press machine is that the main motor is transmitted through a V-belt to a reducer, which is connected to a coupling and then transmitted to the active shaft through a pair of open gears to ensure the synchronization of the two roller shafts (constant speed reverse). The piston of the passive roller hydraulic cylinder is pressed against it (constant pressure type is pressed against it by an inclined iron), and the system pressure is ensured by a hydraulic circuit, a hydraulic control valve, and an accumulator. The material is uniformly fed into the forming machine hopper through a quantitative device from the storage bin, and is adjusted by the adjusting gate on the hopper to evenly enter the middle of the roller. The unit forming pressure of the compressed material by the roller running in constant speed reverse increases from small to large. The forming pressure reaches its maximum value at the center line of the roller. After passing through this line, the forming pressure rapidly decreases. The material enters the de balling state and successfully de balling.

Precautions for installing a powerful ball press machine:
The strong ball press machine must have a relatively balanced base, pay attention to correcting the level, level the gap, and correspond to the height and level of the conveyor. After installation, strictly check whether each component is firmly connected, whether there are any debris on the machine, and add enough lubricating oil to the reducer and gearbox. Only when all components are correct can the machine be tested. When testing the machine, check if it is reversed. After the direction is correct, run it in the air for thirty minutes to see if there are any abnormal noises or heating in each component. If any problems are found, solve them in a timely manner. After everything is normal, prepare 300 kilograms of dry material (coal powder, fine sand or refractory material without water) for dry grinding and polishing, about five times, and then start formal production. Please note that the moisture content has a significant impact on the pressure and demolding of the ball, and it is important to control it well. It is best to dry it first and then wet it, and heavy starting is strictly prohibited. At the initial stage after normal production of the machine, a dedicated person must monitor it to prevent loosening of component bolts. If any situation is found, the machine should be stopped immediately. The lubricating oil in the reducer and gearbox should be replaced with new gear oil after 30 days of running in.
