3. Fiberglass cylinder body

Continuously wrapped reinforced fiberglass cylinder. Adopting computer-controlled winding process to ensure uniform thickness and meet design requirements. Stable and excellent quality, 99.99% leak proof test is required before leaving the factory to ensure no leakage.

4. Hanging ear

External integrated lifting ears are easy to install.

5. Supporting water pump

The submersible sewage pump equipped with the Kenet brand operates smoothly within the designed load range without vibration or cavitation. All rotating components of the pump (including the motor) undergo dynamic and static balance tests during manufacturing. The operating noise of the pump is below 80dB (A).

The self coupling installation submersible sewage pump is equipped with a water outlet bend, an self coupling base, and stainless steel pipe guide rails and lifting chains that serve as connections during movement and automatic positioning. The water pump can slide freely between the top of the pump pit and the self coupling base through guide rails. The sealing between the water pump and the coupling base is a metal to metal connection and sealed by an auxiliary rubber ring.

9. Crushing grid

The crushing grid is placed at the inlet of the fiberglass cylinder of the pump station, and it is a submersible crushing grid that is safe and reliable; Equipped with guide rails for easy maintenance and repair.

10. Outdoor stainless steel control cabinet

It can be done manually or automatically. The following control functions can be achieved:
