The working principle of
The series of intelligent dehumidification devices consists of a power system, air supply system, semiconductor cooler, temperature and humidity detection and control circuit, heating circuit, and drainage pipeline.

When humid air is sucked in by a fan and flows through a specially designed air duct, it first passes through a semiconductor cooler to cool down and condense. The condensation from the cooler drips into the drainage channel under the action of gravity, and then flows out of the cabinet through a water conduit. After sufficient circulation dehumidification within the set starting value, the humidity of the air inside the cabinet is reduced to below the condensation point, completing the entire moisture-proof condensation heating process. At the same time, the signal acquisition sensor of the intelligent dehumidification device is external, which can accurately collect the true humidity inside the cabinet in real time, ensuring that the intelligent dehumidification device starts dehumidification in advance when the cabinet is about to reach condensation conditions.
Low temperature heating function
When the temperature of the box is lower than the set starting value, the dehumidification device starts the internal heater circuit (the heater is externally connected, with a power of 50-500W), until the box temperature rises to the set starting value plus 5 ℃, and the heater circuit stops working.
RS485 communication function
When the dehumidification device with RS485 communication function receives data from the upper computer, it analyzes the data and immediately replies to the upper computer. One upper computer can connect up to 255 devices.
