Theoretical calculation formula for large-diameter flange (carbon steel):

First divide (D-B) by 2=N.

Then use (D-N) × N × 0.0246615 × C × 0.001
(Note: D represents outer diameter, B represents inner diameter, N represents flange width on one side, C represents thickness)
After the above two steps, the theoretical weight of the flange has been determined.
For example, a carbon steel flange with an outer diameter of 2800mm, an inner diameter of 2600mm, and a thickness of 60mm
