Working Principle:

Crushing:This machine utilizes the relative high-speed operation between the movable and fixed toothed discs to crush the material through the impact, friction, and collision between the discs. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber and discharged through the discharge port. Generally, after being crushed, the material needs to be collected in a cotton bag. The crushed material is collected in the bag, and the air comes out from the small holes of the bag, which will not discharge the fine powder, thus achieving the effect of no waste and no pollution. The particle size is determined by replacing the sieve with different mesh sizes.
