The spraying exhaust gas UV photolysis treatment equipment uses a high ozone UV beam to irradiate odorous gases, cracking odorous gases such as ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide, and styrene. The molecular bonds of sulfides H2S, VOCs, benzene, toluene, etc. combine free pollutant molecules with ozone oxidation to form small molecule harmless or low harm compounds. The spraying exhaust gas is generated at the spraying workbench of the workpiece, and most of the paint sprayed by high-pressure air remains on the workpiece, while others are carried out with the exhaust gas to form paint mist and dust. These dust particles have low content and small particle size, with the vast majority being below 10 μ m. If left untreated and directly entering the UV photolysis purification equipment, it will block the energy emitted by the UV lamp and affect the treatment effect.

The spray painting exhaust gas is purified by the atomization washing tower. Due to the spiral intake and advanced atomization effect, the gas-liquid fully contacts, and the fine dust, uncured paint particles, and a small amount of organic exhaust gas in the exhaust gas are absorbed by the washing liquid. The exhaust gas is dehydrated by the wire mesh demister in the washing tower and enters the dry ultrafine filter for deep treatment of the dust.
The spray paint exhaust gas is first washed by a water washing spray paint station to remove resin and magnetic paint particles. After being treated by the water washing spray paint station, the exhaust gas is drawn into a packing absorption tower by an exhaust fan and absorbed at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. The absorbent used in the packing absorption tower is diesel or 5-10 lubricating oil; Replace the absorbent when the absorption concentration reaches 10-30%; When the concentration of organic waste gas absorbed by the absorbent reaches 10-30%, the absorbent is sent to the distillation kettle for distillation, and the fraction below 160 ℃ is collected and used as a diluent. After distillation treatment, the absorbent is cooled and returned to the storage tank for later use.
