The finished product size is made according to customer requirements and can be made into single wave, double wave or multi wave. The rubber body is not limited by the mold. This product consists of a tubular rubber component composed of inner and outer rubber layers, curtain layers, and steel wire rings. After high-temperature and high-pressure vulcanization molding, it is then combined with a metal flange or parallel joint loose sleeve. The rubber material used varies depending on the medium, including natural rubber, nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, chloroprene rubber, etc. It has functions such as high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and oil resistance. This product utilizes the advantages of high elasticity, high airtightness, medium resistance, and radiation resistance of rubber, which can reduce vibration and noise, and compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes.
