Horizontal blade screw belt mixerUComposed of an adjective, a spiral stirring blade, and transmission components; Spiral shaped blades are generally made into double or triple layers, with the outer spiral collecting materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral conveying materials from the center to both sides, forming convective mixing. The screw belt mixer has a good effect on the mixing of viscous or cohesive powder particles, as well as the mixing of liquid and paste materials added to the powder particles. The cylinder cover can be made into a fully open door for easy cleaning and product replacement of the equipment.
Structural characteristics(Structural features)
1.Driving advantages
The standard product is driven by a pulley driven cycloidal reducer. Compared to the high torque of a gear reducer, the elastic connection of the belt transmission has the advantage of protecting the transmission components when overloaded.
2.Flexible disassembly and assembly
The spiral spindle is connected to the drive shaft flange inside the cylinder, and can be quickly disassembled when maintenance or replacement of the mixing shaft type is needed. Flexible disassembly and assembly design enablesUThe cylindrical body is completely welded to the two end plates to avoid material accumulation gaps caused by the large flange connection of the cylinder body and reduce residue.
3.Disconnected screw strap
Compared to continuous spiral belts, open spiral belts generate greater shear motion on materials and can create more vortices in the flow, accelerating mixing speed and improving mixing uniformity.
4.Discharge form
The discharge form is generally pneumatic(hand movement)The flap valve and arc valve are tightly embedded in the cylinder, flush with the inner wall of the cylinder, without material accumulation or mixing dead corners. The reliable edge strip seal ensures no leakage during frequent opening and closing.
5.Cooling and Heating
A jacket can be added outside the mixer cylinder to cool or heat the material by injecting cold and hot media into the jacket; Cooling is usually pumped into industrial water, while heating can be done by introducing steam or electrically heated heat transfer oil.
6.SHAFT SEAL
When mixing ultrafine powder, the main shaft sealing form can increase the airtightness setting, effectively blocking the flow of air and powder inside and outside the cylinder.
