1、 Method for determination of fatty acids in vegetable oils:
1. Principle: After converting fatty acid glycerides into fatty acid methyl esters, perform gas chromatography analysis. Determine the composition ratio of each fatty acid using normalization method.
2. Gas chromatography conditions: FFAP column (or PEG-20M) 0.32mm * 30M vaporization: 230-240 ℃; Column temperature: 220 ℃
3. Instrument configuration: GC-2010 gas chromatograph+dual FID detector+packed column injection port+capillary injection port

2、 Analysis of residual solubility of vegetable oil:


1. Principle: Place the vegetable oil sample in a sealed vaporization bottle (headspace bottle) and place it in a 50 ℃ environment for half an hour. When the residual solvent vaporizes to equilibrium, take the gas from the liquid and inject it into the gas chromatograph for detection.
