Fine chemical special blade screw belt mixer
Strong mixing adaptability and high mixing accuracy. When the powder ratio is 1:10000, the standard deviation is 3/100000, and the coefficient of variation (CV) for mixing is 3-4.
The mixing process is mild, with a large filling amount and a filling coefficient of 0.7-0.9. The special screw belt structure ensures uniform mixing and minimal material accumulation during discharge.
Sealed operation, smooth operation, low noise, low dust content, and no environmental pollution.

Standard type
Discharge valves - pulley valves, sliding door valves, ball valves, and embedded valves are all available for selection.
Vacuum - This equipment can be equipped with optional vacuum covers and sealing devices.
Jackets - Standard jackets can meet user requirements, and ASME standard jackets can also be provided.
Material -304 stainless steel is commonly used, but steel or special manganese or nickel based alloys resistant to hydrochloric acid can also be used.
The opening of the lid - can be matched with an inlet or outlet flange, ensuring safe opening of the lid.
Flexibility of installation - Ono Enterprise equipment can be installed on the ground or lifted up for installation.
Comprehensive chopper - high-speed chopper is used to chop solids and polymers.
Liquid addition - Liquid can be added through a convenient lid opening or slot nozzle.
Sanitary structure - can be polished to meet hygiene requirements.
Power options - single speed, variable speed, and variable speed power are available.
