3. Planning
The straightening wheel of the pay off rack is used to push out the main machine, water tank, water purifier, spark testing machine, lead out machine, and wire winding machine. Please connect the ground wire in series with the ground wire in a standardized manner!
4. Pre use inspection

4.4 Turn over the power conditioning potentiometer to zero, adjust the required high voltage value after normal consumption, and use the ground wire to detect whether the alarm is normal within a certain time
When the yellow button light is on and in automatic mode, the machine will automatically reset after an alarm is triggered
When the yellow button light is not on and in manual mode, the machine will sound an alarm and the high voltage needs to be reset by pressing the red button to return to the original set value
Please do not touch the test cable during the 4.7 testing process!
5. Maintenance
Ensure long-term cleanliness of the body and regularly check the glossiness of the copper beads.
Please replace the damaged copper beads and safety cover immediately.
6. Common problems and solutions
(1) No alarm when testing cable defects
a. For high voltage below 3000V, any side of the tested cable must be interconnected with the series ground wire
b. If the tested cable is not connected to the series grounding wire, the high voltage needs to be adjusted to above 3000V
c. But the body must be connected in series with a ground wire
(2) No high voltage output
a. The transparent protective cover needs to be closed
b. Can the high voltage signal light for high voltage start be on
c. SP1 and SP2 external controls should be in a normally closed state
7. Attachments: power cord, instruction manual, split type connection wire.
8. After sales service: Within 15 months from the date of shipment, if there are any problems with the high-frequency preheater under reasonable use, it will be covered by free warranty.
