Production process: 1. Using a hoist, the mixed white and coated parts are transported together onto the conveyor belt; 2. After passing through a two-stage speed conveyor belt, each piece is distributed (for partially stacked cases, it is collected and refluxed); 3. The robot picks up the filtered items one by one and loads them into the slots in the tray in order; 4. The screening and loading cycle is 24pcs/min; 5. There is a collection box at the end of the line to collect items that are missed or not picked up. This application solution can achieve the following functions: 1. Manually pour the mixed white and coated parts into the hopper of the elevator; 2. The elevator transports the mixed white and coated parts together onto the conveyor belt; 3. After passing through the primary conveyor belt, it is transported to the secondary conveyor belt; 4. The conveying speed of the secondary conveyor belt is twice that of the primary conveyor belt, which separates the white and coated parts; 5. Through visual judgment, the robot picks up the coated parts and places them one by one into the groove in order; 6. Unfiltered flows into the collection box; 7. After the robot completes the entire number of trays, the turntable switches between full and empty trays.
