Series Introduction
The LG3000 series smoke online monitoring station is a series of new air monitoring stations (atmospheric sampling pavilions) designed according to the basic construction requirements of atmospheric automatic monitoring systems, the technical guidelines for environmental air sampling, and the characteristics of environmental monitoring instruments. It is mainly used in automatic station monitoring stations for air quality monitoring systems. Suitable for installation on any site, especially on rooftops, with a one-step solution and no need for maintenance throughout the year.

Performance characteristics:
★ Beautiful and elegant, anti-theft and fireproof, lightweight and other characteristics.
★ Adopting double-layer steel plates, ultra thick insulation layer (with flame retardant polystyrene as the middle insulation layer), sturdy and durable, easy to assemble and disassemble, and good insulation effect.
★ Adopting structural waterproofing, thoroughly preventing rain leakage and avoiding the drawbacks of sealant leakage.
Install guardrails on the roof, equipped with 2-meter folding ladders (4 meters after opening), fully considering the safety and convenience of the staff.
★ The door is installed with a purified aluminum profile double sealed door structure or anti-theft door, which is safe, beautiful, sealed, has excellent insulation performance, stainless steel anti rust safety lock, and an overall downward pressure door handle.
The distribution system is equipped with a 3 * 10A three-phase four wire electricity meter, a 40A total electric shock (leakage) protection switch, a distribution box, which is safe and reliable, 6 sets of power sockets, and 1 exhaust fan.
The bottom of the station building is a channel steel assembly structure, and the bottom surface adopts a steel square tube support structure. The support has a 15cm gap with the ground, which has the characteristics of ventilation and moisture resistance.
The bottom of the station building is sealed and moisture-proof using a six layer structure, with the bottom two layers consisting of steel square tube brackets and galvanized steel plates, the middle two layers consisting of waterproof felt and high-quality fine wooden boards, and the top two layers consisting of moisture-proof air cushion film and high-quality composite wood flooring, which are beautiful, practical, dust-proof, and moisture-proof.

The spraying process for color steel plates is as follows: the bottom layer is made of epoxy resin, and the topcoat is made of polyester and silicon modified polyester technology.
