This machine is a three-stage roller vertical packaging machine designed for automatic packaging of liquid materials, which can achieve packaging with three or four side seals.
The machine has a set of longitudinal sealing hot rollers, a set of transverse sealing hot rollers, and a set of transverse sealing cold rollers. The sealing adopts a roller method, and the longitudinal sealing pattern adopts a checkerboard pattern with leak proof lines. The transverse sealing pattern adopts a checkerboard pattern with leak proof lines or a flat seal with leak proof lines. Depending on the material, the packaging material is injected into the packaging bag through different measuring devices. The cutting method can be one of three: flat knife, serrated knife, or dotted line knife. And equipped with an easy to tear incision device for convenient bag opening.
