Working principle of Raymond mill
Inside the Raymond mill, there is a high-pressure spring with a pressure of 1000-1500 kilograms fastened to the roller hanger. After starting work, the grinding roller rotates around the spindle and rolls tightly against the grinding ring under the action of high-pressure spring and centrifugal force. Its rolling pressure is 20% higher than that of the Raymond mill under the same power conditions, resulting in a significant increase in output. The central shaft is driven to rotate by a transmission device, and the upper end of the shaft is connected to a plum blossom frame. The frame is equipped with a grinding roller device and forms a swinging fulcrum. It not only rotates around the center, but also revolves around the grinding ring while the grinding roller rotates on its own due to friction. The lower end of the plum blossom rack is equipped with a shovel system, which is located at the lower end of the grinding roller. During the process of rotating with the grinding roller, the shovel throws the material into the space between the grinding roller rings, forming a cushion layer. This layer is crushed by the outward centrifugal force (i.e. extrusion force) generated by the rotation of the grinding roller, thus achieving the purpose of powder production.

Raymond grinding and air selection process: After the material is ground, the fan blows air into the main casing to blow up the powder, which is sorted by the analyzer placed above the grinding chamber. The fine and coarse materials fall into the grinding chamber for re grinding, while the fine materials that meet the specifications flow into the cyclone collector and are collected and discharged through the powder pipe, which is the finished product. The air volume is returned to the fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The air path is circulating and flows under negative pressure. The total air volume of the circulating air path is discharged through the exhaust pipe in the middle of the main engine through the fan and enters the small cyclone collector. Perform purification treatment.
Characteristics of small Raymond mill:
1: Raymond mill adopts a three-dimensional structure, occupies a small area, and has strong completeness. From rough processing of raw materials to transportation to powder production and final packaging, the finished powder has uniform fineness and a screening rate of up to 99%, which can form an independent production system;

2: Adopting a centralized control electrical system, the machine transmission device adopts a closed gearbox and pulley, ensuring smooth transmission and reliable operation. The workshop can basically achieve unmanned operation. Using electromagnetic vibration feeder for feeding, continuous and uniform, easy to adjust, fuel-efficient and energy-saving, and easy to maintain;
3: Compared with other mills under the same power conditions, the output of Raymond mill is increased by 20-30%, and the grinding pressure of the grinding roller on the material is increased by 800-1200kg under the action of high-pressure spring;
4: Raymond mill has a wide range of particle sizes for finished products, with the coarsest particle size reaching 0.613 millimeters (30 mesh) and the general particle size reaching 0.033 millimeters (425 mesh). A small portion of materials can be as fine as 0.013 millimeters (1000 mesh);
5: The Raymond mill grinding device adopts an overlapping multi-stage seal with good sealing performance, and the dust removal effect fully meets the national dust emission standards.
