Slag removal machine is a type of boiler slag removal equipment. The coal slag produced after combustion in the boiler is pushed towards the slag storage pit by the grate, and is dragged out of the furnace by the slag extractor to clear the slag accumulation. So what should we pay attention to during runtime? Let's follow the editor to learn more.
1. The slag extractor should be stopped as much as possible in an unloaded state.
2. Before stopping coal discharge from the working face, the coal in the chute should be pulled clean.
3. During operation, water should be supplied and stopped in a timely manner. When there is no coal, it should not be transported by air for a long time. If serious deformation, chain breakage of the machine head, damage to the chute, abnormal noise, high temperature and other accidents are found during operation, the machine should be stopped for inspection and handling in a timely manner to prevent the accident from expanding.
4. When conducting blasting, the entire equipment, especially pipelines, cables, etc., must be protected.
5. Do not load large pieces of coal or rod stones into the chute. If found, they should be dealt with immediately to prevent damage to the scraper chain or accidents such as falling off the coal mining machine.
