Product Introduction:
The single slot lifting ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of an ultrasonic transducer, cleaning tank, lifting frame, ultrasonic control power supply (generator), heating device, and pneumatic lifting. After the ultrasonic wave cleaning is completed, the product automatically rises to the surface of the cleaning tank, and the operator only needs to take the product away from the lifting frame. This equipment is particularly suitable for cleaning workpieces with a certain weight. The size of the ultrasonic cleaning tank can be designed according to the size of the user's workpiece, and the lifting stroke can be designed according to the height of the product.

1、 Equipment operation description
The operator presses the start button, and the rack automatically rises to the feeding position. The cleaning workpiece is placed in the rack, and then the start button is pressed. The product automatically descends, and when it is in place, the ultrasonic wave automatically turns on to start cleaning; When the cleaning time is up, the ultrasonic waves will automatically stop and the tray will automatically rise to the discharge platform. After picking up the material, it will be placed in the next cleaning task. Repeat the above steps to complete the second workpiece cleaning task.
