Single row bag type granular sauce packaging machine

Product Introduction
This machine is a new product independently developed by our factory. It can use a robotic arm to automatically take out packaging bags, stretch them open, print production dates and batch numbers, load materials, and perform vacuum packaging. It is completely unmanned and truly achieves automated packaging. The packaging bag range is 100-240 long and 70-200 wide, with a packaging efficiency of 2000-3000 bags per hour. By changing different feeding structures, different materials can be automatically packaged. For example, it can be equipped with a quantitative filling system for liquids and pastes, vacuum packaging for liquids and pastes, quantitative vacuum packaging for powders and bulk materials after multi head weighing, and vacuum packaging for block materials while weighing with an automatic feeding machine. The packaging machine is controlled by PLC and operated by human-machine interface, which can monitor the whole machine. If there are abnormal situations such as empty bags or no bags, PLC can judge the abnormal situation and output abnormal signals to control the packaging machine to take corresponding measures to avoid wasting materials and packaging bags.

1. Adopting Siemens PLC control from Germany, equipped with a touch screen human-machine interface control system, easy to operate.
2. Automatic detection function: If the bag is not opened or opened incompletely, no material will be added or heat sealed.
3. Safety device: When the frequency converter or servo motor malfunctions, the display screen will indicate the fault.
4. Equipped with a liquid stirring device to prevent sedimentation of granular materials
5. The machine is easy to clean and maintain
6. The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel material
