HDG seriesSilicon molybdenum rod transformerIt is a dry-type electric furnace heating dedicated transformer developed by our company based on market demand and low voltage high current transformers. The resistance of the silicon molybdenum rod electric heating element increases sharply with temperature. At the beginning of heating, the resistance of the electric heating element is small, and the required voltage is low, about 1/4-1/3 of the working voltage. Based on the positive characteristics of the working voltage, resistance, and temperature of the silicon molybdenum rod electric heating element, the transformer output voltage adopts a multi tap method to meet the working voltage required by the heating element at different temperatures, thereby improving the power factor of the power grid. Due to the need for continuous operation in high-temperature environments, higher requirements have been placed on the performance of transformers. The transformer cores produced by our company are made of cold-rolled oriented high-quality silicon steel sheets stacked together. The primary winding is made of H-grade high-temperature resistant insulated double-layer glass fiber wrapped copper wire, while the secondary winding is made of bare copper bars. The initial stage has ventilation ducts to ensure good heat dissipation of the transformer. The product complies with the GB19212-1991 mainland standard.
