In the process of biological aerated filter, in order to provide the oxygen needed for microbial survival, ordinary biological filters generally use ventilation holes at the lower part of the filter to rely on natural ventilation for oxygen supply. This can easily cause uneven distribution of gas supply pressure, resulting in short flow and local air blockage. Natural ventilation for oxygen supply is controlled by the temperature difference between the tank and the air temperature, the height of the filter, the gaps between the filter media, and the wind force, which cannot provide stable and uniform ventilation to the filter. Biological aerated filter replaces natural ventilation for oxygen supply by forcibly introducing air into the filter media layer of the filter to completely provide sufficient and stable oxygen for the metabolism of microorganisms living on the membrane bio ceramic filter media, thereby improving the overall effect of the biological aerated filter.

Not affected by the temperature difference in the pool, not controlled by the height of the filter tank and the porosity of the biofilm bioceramic filter material, with small bubble diameter and large bubble distribution range. Due to the uneven distribution of the aerator outlet, it is not easily blocked and is not afraid of the pressure of the biofilm bioceramic filter material pile.

Installation and other:
1. Install filter plates and specialized filter heads in the biological aerated filter first, then install a single hole membrane aerator, and pour in a pebble cushion layer (about 200m high), followed by the hanging membrane bio ceramic filter material. Avoid damaging the aerator with the pebble cushion layer, and also prevent welding flames and heavy objects from falling into the pool and damaging the pipeline and aerator.
