1. Overview:

A super clean workbench is an air purification device designed to provide a locally clean space and pollution-free working environment in a specific environment. The external air passes through a primary filter, is sucked in by a circulating fan with built-in air volume in the workbench, and then passes through a high-efficiency filter to be filtered and cleaned again. Small particles and suspended solids in the air are intercepted, and relatively high cleanliness air is provided from the side or top. Clean air is blown at a constant speed from the working face to replace the ambient air in the working area, thereby purifying the working environment. The Jinlan series ultra clean workbench is widely used in fields such as microbiology, biochemistry, medical treatment, biopharmaceuticals, and university research.

2、 Characteristics:

5、 Attention:

The workstation should be located in a relatively clean working environment (preferably in a primary purification room of 100000 or 300000 levels), plugged in the power, and turned on according to the functions shown on the control panel. Before starting up, the working area and shell of the purification workstation should be thoroughly cleaned to remove surface dust. Normal operation and use can be carried out within ten minutes after starting up.

1. According to actual usage, regularly remove and clean the primary filter, with a cleaning cycle of generally 3-6 months. If not cleaned for a long time, dust accumulation will affect the insufficient air intake and reduce the cleaning effect

2. When the ideal cross-sectional wind speed cannot be achieved after normal replacement or cleaning of the primary filter air filter, the operating voltage of the fan should be adjusted to achieve the ideal uniform wind speed.

3. Generally, when the operating voltage of the fan is adjusted to the highest point after 18 days of use and the ideal wind speed cannot be achieved, it indicates that the high-efficiency filter has accumulated too much dust (the filter holes on the filter material are basically blocked and need to be updated in a timely manner). The service life of a high-efficiency air filter is generally 18 months.

4. When replacing the high-efficiency air filter, attention should be paid to the correctness of the model, specifications, and dimensions (as configured by the original manufacturer), install the device according to the direction of the arrow, and ensure that the surrounding seal of the filter is sealed and there is no leakage.
