1. The main operation adopts a touch based interface, which is intuitive, clear, and easy to operate.

2. The host adopts two motors to control two rolling mills respectively, with stable power and smooth rotation.

3. The electrical part adopts Siemens from Germany, which runs stably.

4. Sheet production, controlled by automated programs, with a front to back spacing of ± 1mm.
Sheet processed by full auto programmable control, separation distance ±1mm.
5. The host is equipped with winding and unwinding mechanisms on both sides for coil production.
Unwind part and rewind part are in the two sides of machines.
6. Equipped with imported hydraulic cylinders from the United States, precision hydraulic stations, pressure regulation, and stable pressure.
Hydraulic cylinder is imported from UAS, high-precision hydraulic station, pressure is stalbe.
7. Equipped with an EPC correction device for material feeding and unloading, ensuring that the material does not deviate from the same reference line when entering and exiting the main machine.
EPC system for both unwind and rewind part, keep material straight.
8. The main rolling mill is made of special steel forged and precision processed, with strong hardness and compressive strength.
Main rolls are made of special steel, high hardness, high pressure tolerance.
9. The whole machine can meet the production methods of various processes and is equipped with multiple rolling schemes to meet the different shipping requirements of customers.
