working principle

The powdered raw materials in bags are manually moved to the feeding port, and the feeding port movable door is opened. The bag opening station fan is started, and the air is sucked or other conveying devices are used to feed the materials from the feeding port into the raw material storage bin. The suspended dust is adsorbed on the filter bag, and as time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag. The resistance of the filter bag increases and the passability decreases. At this time, the PLC control system starts the pulse valve according to the thickness of the material on the filter bag, triggers the opening in sequence, and the compressed air in the air bag is instantly sprayed through the pulse valve to each hole of the spraying pipe, and then sprayed into the corresponding filter bag through the Venturi tube; The filter bag rapidly expands under the reverse action of the airflow, causing the material dust accumulated on the filter bag to fall off, regenerating the filter bag, and the cleaned material to fall into the lower box. The dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically removed by pulse blowing, ensuring good passability of the filter bag and continuous operation of the dust removal system.

Material mixing system

The material is fed into the mixer, and the main control system automatically controls the mixing, unloading, and opening/closing of the material door. The length of the mixing and unloading time can be set digitally to ensure uniform mixing. The spiral belt mixing mechanism has a unique design, allowing for three-dimensional composite movement of materials in left, right, up, and down directions, enabling rapid and uniform mixing. The unloading mechanism is designed with pneumatic opening and closing doors, which can unload cleanly except for very little material stored at the bottom of the cylinder.

The discharge port of the mixer is connected to the feeding port of the packaging machine silo through a discharge interface, designed for moisture-proof sealing. Independent electrical control box, manually control the various actions of mixing start, material discharge door opening, mixing stop, and material door closing during debugging.

Storage bin and distributor

Unload the mixed materials into a 1m transition bin, and continuously feed the materials in the transition bin into the packaging machine through a horizontal spiral feeding mechanism. The intermediate storage silo includes: silo body, silo cover, silo wall forced feeding device, and horizontal spiral feeding device.
