Working principle of lubricating oil vacuum filter

When the oil filter is working, the oil that needs to be filtered enters the heater under the action of external atmospheric pressure and vacuum pump suction. After heating, the oil passes through a strong magnetic filter, and metal particles and large impurities are filtered out. The oil containing small impurities enters the secondary and precision filters for further filtration. The oil with impurities removed enters the three-dimensional vacuum flash tower. Under the action of the spray device, the oil is dispersed into a mist and sprayed onto the three-dimensional flash ring, forming a very thin oil film (with a thickness of 0.025mm). The oil film curve moves downward, producing a large aeration area and aeration time retention process, thus conducting a sufficient separation process of demulsification, dehydration, and degassing. The mixed gas formed by evaporated water vapor, light hydrocarbons and other gases enters the water gas separation device, condenses into water through strong wind cooling, and is discharged through the drainage device. The non condensable gas is discharged through a vacuum pump, and the oil, which removes moisture, gas, and mechanical impurities, enters a precision filter through an oil pump to filter out particles and impurities in the oil, resulting in purified oil and clean oil, completing the entire purification process.
