Application example of InertSep new product - detection of tetracycline veterinary drugs in grass carp

Application examples of InertSep's new products
Sample pre-treatment method:
Weigh 2.0g of the sample, add 8mL of buffer solution and 2mL of 20g/L lead acetate solution, vortex for 1 minute, centrifuge at 8000rpm for 10 minutes, and set aside the supernatant. Repeat the above steps twice for the residue, merge and make up to 25mL. After removing the fat from 10mL of n-hexane, weigh 12.5mL of the clear solution for purification.
Buffer solution *: Weigh 10.9g of disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4 · 12H2O), 12.9g of citric acid (C6H8O7 · H2O), and 37.2g of disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, dissolve in water, dilute to 1000mL, and adjust the pH to 4.0 with NaOH.
