
The Setra GCT-225 series ultra-high purity pressure transmitter is specifically designed for ultra-high purity gas delivery systems in semiconductor processes and control applications that require ultra clean operation, high throughput, and ultra-high long-term stability.
The GCT-225 series adopts a rotatable housing structure, allowing users to easily adjust the 12 turn potentiometer used for zero and range adjustment. The standard rotating external/internal thread end face sealing pressure interface can meet the requirements of the semiconductor industry. In addition, this series of products also uses multiple other interface types.
The GCT-225 series products offer three output types: 5 VDC, 10 VDC, or 4-20 mA, and can be electrically connected using a six foot multi-core cable with a clamp, D-Sub, or M12x1 connector.
The GCT-225 series pressure transmitter adopts Setra's patented variable capacitance technology, equipped with VIM/VAR 316L stainless steel diaphragm and insulated electrode plate. The insulated electrode plate and the sensor form a variable capacitor locally. When the gas pressure increases, the diaphragm becomes slightly rounded, reducing the capacitance. The sensor will detect changes in capacitance and convert them into high-precision linear DC electrical signals. Setra's unique custom integrated circuit is made using patented charge balancing principles and is almost immune to EMI/RFI interference.
After manufacturing and assembly are completed,The Setra ultra-high purity pressure transmitter also needs to undergo processes such as deionized water flushing, high-purity hot nitrogen blowing, drying, double-layer packaging, nitrogen filling, and sealing before being shipped.
Note:Setra's quality standards are developed based on ANSI-Z540. The calibration of this product has NIST traceability and a US patent number.
