Construction method
◆ No need to grill or scald during construction. As long as the isolation film is removed, it can be cold bonded to various dry and clean substrates. This type of roll material is suitable for use in projects that do not allow open flames. It can not only bond firmly with cement mortar, but also bond firmly with base surfaces such as iron, plastic, and glass. Self adhesive rolls are also used in waterproofing and anti-corrosion engineering of pipelines
◆ Usage:
1. Open the coil, set the position for laying the coil, and mark the position of the coil;
2. Carefully peel off the anti sticking paper, carefully tear off the anti sticking paper from the back of the roll, and lay it on the base layer;
3. When laying, attention should be paid to aligning with the marked position at all times, and it should not be done too hastily to avoid deviations that are difficult to correct. When pasting, stack the roll from the middle to both sides by hand (or use a roller to roll it in the same way) to release air, so that the roll is tightly pasted on the base layer;
4. If the coil is not long enough and needs to be extended, the overlap between coils should not be less than 10cm;
5. When the temperature is below+5C, temporary heating is required for coil construction;
6. If the viscosity of the coil decreases due to low temperature, it can be slightly heated on the asphalt surface or base layer of the coil to restore its viscosity.
