There are several commonly used transformers for salt bath furnaces.
1. Salt bath furnace air transformer
There are ZUDG and ZUSG types of air transformers for salt bath furnaces, which have better cooling effects. The insulation is reliable, the structure is sturdy, and the operation is safe. It can be used under overload within 40% of the rated capacity, but the operating time should not exceed 1.5 hours. Its disadvantage is that it has fewer voltage regulation stages (5-8 levels), making it difficult to accurately control the temperature. The voltage regulation also requires power outage, which can easily cause furnace temperature fluctuations.
2. Salt bath furnace dual water internal cooling salt bath furnace transformer
The dual water internal cooling salt bath furnace transformer has ZUDN and ZUSN types, which can cool the copper tube winding by passing water. The water pressure is 100-200kPa, the water temperature is ≤ 30 ℃, and the outlet temperature is 50 ℃. It is required to prevent water leakage and avoid cutting off water and electricity. Its disadvantage is the consumption of a large amount of clean softened water.
3. Salt bath furnace transformer with oil immersed charged reactance for salt bath furnace
The salt bath furnace transformer with oil immersed charged reactance uses oil immersion to improve the cooling effect of the winding, and is equipped with a reactor. It can be electrically graded and divided into 13 levels of voltage regulation, making it easy to adjust the furnace temperature.
4. Magnetic pressure regulator for salt bath furnace
The magnetic voltage regulator of the salt bath furnace controls the magnetic permeability of the iron core and the induced impedance of the primary coil by changing the current of the excitation coil. It can be continuously and infinitely adjusted. Make the current change smoothly and can be automatically controlled.
5. Modification of Salt Bath Furnace Transformer
To meet the requirement of increasing voltage for buried electrode power supply, the secondary winding of a single-phase transformer can be changed from parallel to series, so that the output voltage can be increased from 5.5-17.5V to 11-35V. Changing the secondary winding of a three-phase transformer from △ to Y-shaped connection can increase the output voltage from 5.5-17.5V to 9.5-30.1V. Some secondary windings of a three-phase transformer with △ - shaped connection have two sets of windings in parallel for each phase, and changing the phase to phase connection to star connection can increase the voltage by 0.73 times, or changing the parallel winding to series connection can increase the voltage by twice, but they must not be changed at the same time. The primary output terminal of this series of products is led to the terminal block for power supply, and its tap is led to the tap changer Use bare copper conductors to lead out the secondary connection, in order to connect with the electrodes of the salt bath furnace The transformer iron core is uniformly made of a core type iron core, which is stacked with electrical silicon steel sheets. The iron column adopts a multi-stage stepped circular cross-section, and the iron yoke adopts a rectangular cross-section Using groove (angle) steel as clamps on both sides of the upper and lower iron yokes, the purpose of clamping the iron core is achieved by clamping the yoke screw. A no-load tap changer is installed on the transformer iron core, and the secondary voltage is obtained by changing the number of primary turns through the no-load tap changer The entire transformer has a protective cover and a lifting ring that can lift the entire body
The ZUDG (J) and ZUSG (J) salt bath furnace transformer series adopt an air self cooling (or oil cooling) structure, and the series table has an "*" mark. The reporter only uses it for 1.5 hours every 8 hours
