Performance and structural characteristics:
SZ-4JB is the SZ-JB medium-sized water ring pump launched by our factory in response to market demand, following the SZ series medium-sized vacuum pump. It has the advantages of energy saving, reliability, and ease of use of the 2BE series pump, making it easy to use as a substitute product.
The modified product can be widely used in various industries to extract gases that do not contain solid particles and are insoluble in water, in order to create a vacuum and pressure in a closed container.
The SZ-4JB draws on the advantages of the 2BE series water ring pump in terms of structure, using hot installed impellers, reliable shaft diameter, shaft protection, flexible exhaust, and a general bearing seat structure. And it provides two types of sealing structures: packing seal and mechanical seal. The sealing cooling water can be supplied internally or externally.
According to user requirements, an overhead air-water separator can also be selected. After adjustment, it can be used as a vacuum pump or compressor without changing the installation size.
