It has evolved from microscopes and gone through processes such as microscopes, settling tubes, settling instruments, centrifugal settling instruments, particle counters, laser air particle counters, condensation nucleus particle counters, multi-channel multifunctional particle counters, etc. Currently, it is widely used in authoritative institutions such as drug testing institutes, blood centers, epidemic prevention stations, disease prevention and control centers, and quality supervision institutes in various provinces and cities; It is also widely used in the electronics industry, pharmaceutical workshops, semiconductors, optics or precision machining, plastics, painting, hospitals, environmental protection, inspection institutes and other production enterprises and research departments.

2、 Product principle

When using an optical particle counter to measure the number of particles in a high concentration particle aerosol system (particle concentration ≥ 3 × 10 ^ 4/L), it is necessary to dilute the particle concentration to a range below the upper limit concentration of the optical particle counter through a diluter in order to count correctly.

The diluter in the SX-L301N high concentration particle counter adopts the principle of self high concentration airflow bypass to achieve particle dilution (see schematic diagram of the principle).
