The STKC3310 series is a card mounted fully digital torque sensor designed for torque measurement applications that cannot disconnect the shaft system or short-term applications that require quick loading and unloading. Measure the deformation of the measured shaft using a pre calibrated flexural beam, and then calculate the torque value of the measured shaft. Fully sealed treatment, suitable for various harsh environments (has been tested in various outdoor, high pollution and other harsh environments in the petroleum and shipbuilding industries). Measurement without intervention, without the need to disconnect the shaft system, or even make any modifications to the shaft. Installation is very convenient, it takes fifteen minutes to complete the entire process!
If measuring in the short term, battery power can be used. If measuring for a long time, it is recommended to use our recently developed uninterruptible power supply module, which does not require charging and is not affected by battery life, and can work continuously for a long time.
This sensor can also be applied to any project that requires measurement of rotating components, and can simultaneously perform multi-channel (multi parameter) measurement and data transmission. It can also be modified to be mounted to adapt to the measurement of rotating components with more complex shapes.
