1、 Overview

The SS3 new non clogging slurry pump adopts advanced fully open three or six blade impellers. Specially used for pulp making, sand removal, papermaking and other process stages in paper mills. Compliant with the requirements of high efficiency, energy conservation, reliable and trouble free operation, extended service life, no leakage, and easy maintenance in the modern paper industry, it mainly transports coarse, fine, and bleached pulp below 6%.

The SS3 series new slurry pump adopts a fully open impeller with strong passing capacity. The wear-resistant lining plate located at the suction and discharge ends of the impeller protects the pump body, and the wear-resistant lining plate can be adjusted to ensure a tight fit between the impeller and the wear-resistant plate, allowing the pump to maintain long-term efficient operation. The overall structure follows the IS2858 standard form, which is a rear opening door structure. The pump rotor and suspension part are disassembled from the rear of the pump, and there is no need to remove the inlet and outlet pipelines during maintenance. The stainless steel material shaft has strong rigidity and a compact bearing group to ensure stable operation of the pump. It can provide five types of seals to ensure that the pump has no leakage during operation, with a standard sealing design.
