For all barcode printers with peeling function, the labeling arm S1000 paired with the barcode printer SQUIX is a cost-effective solution - it can not only be operated semi-automatic but also vertically built on the production line. Use a lifting cylinder to attach the label to the product.

For all barcode printers with peeling function, the labeling arm S3200 paired with barcode printer SQUIX is a cost-effective solution - it can not only be operated semi-automatic but also built on the production line. The printed labels can be automatically labeled onto the product.
By rotating the cylinder arm, the positioning label can be horizontally rotated in the range of 45 ° -95 °, and the label can be attached to the product by a short stroke cylinder.

1. Long service life of the product: The cylinder adopts ball bearings, which are wear-resistant.
2. Suitable for different product heights: The lifting cylinder can be labeled at different heights. Provide options for ordering different travel lengths.
3 Barometer: The micro filter can filter out dirt, while the pressure reducing valve ensures that the label maintains good printing quality.
4. High stability: The support airflow, adsorption airflow, and lifting speed of the cylinder can all be adjusted. For fragile products and packaging, the contact pressure can be adjusted to less than 10 N (1 kg).
To avoid accumulation of dirt in the suction duct, air pressure pulses are used for cleaning after each labeling action.
5 Label Size: Suitable for labels with a width of 25-176 mm and a height of 25-200 mm.
6. Supporting airflow: Supporting airflow can assist in fixing labels on the gasket.

Pre peel button
