The SQL diaphragm pressure tank adopts standard or non-standard design, standardized welding technology, and is equipped with air supply and release devices. There are two types: membrane type and ordinary type. The surface is coated with advanced spraying technology, which has strong corrosion resistance. Widely used in pneumatic water supply equipment and pressurized water supply equipment.
A diaphragm type pneumatic tank is an energy storage device composed of a steel shell and a rubber diaphragm inner tank. The rubber diaphragm completely separates the water chamber and the gas chamber. When water under pressure from the outside is filled into the inner tank of the diaphragm type pneumatic tank, the air sealed inside the tank is compressed. According to Boyle's gas law, the volume of the compressed gas decreases, and the pressure increases to store energy. The expansion of the compressed gas can push the water inside the rubber diaphragm out of the tank.
The working pressures of SQL diaphragm pressure tanks are 0.6mpa, 1.0mpa, and 1.6mpa, respectively. The fire water storage capacity is greater than 150L, 300L, and 450L, and the stabilizing water capacity is greater than 50L. When used in fire hydrant systems, the flow rate of each water gun is 2.5L/S and 5L/S, and the length of the enriched water column is 7M, 10M, and 13M; When used in an automatic sprinkler system, each nozzle has a flow rate of 1.0L/s and a nozzle pressure of 0.1MPA. The SQL diaphragm pressure tank can maintain the fire pressure at unfavorable points in the fire water supply pipeline system and utilize the 30 second fire water storage capacity in the pressure tank; This device utilizes the operating pressure set by the pneumatic water tank to control the operating conditions of the water pump, achieving the function of boosting and stabilizing pressure.

SQL diaphragm pressure tanks are widely used in central air conditioning circulating water stabilization, steam water supply expansion systems, heating system circulating water replenishment and stabilization, fire water supply system replenishment and stabilization, variable frequency water supply and stabilization, boiler replenishment, pneumatic water supply and other occasions.
The water storage capacity of the fire pressure tank in the fire hydrant water supply system shall not be less than 300L. The water storage capacity of the fire pressure tank in the automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system shall not be less than 150L. The fire pressure tank used in the fire hydrant water supply system and the automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system shall have a water storage capacity of not less than 450L and a stable pressure water storage capacity of not less than 50L.

Use installation
1. The SQL diaphragm pressure tank can be directly connected in parallel to the water supply pipeline. Valves should be installed on the water supply pipeline, and drain valves should be installed near the tank body pipeline (refer to Figure 3).
2. The room or place where the SQL diaphragm pressure tank is placed should have drainage facilities, good lighting and ventilation, less dust, no corrosive gases, and not freeze. The ambient temperature should be between 5-40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 85%, and the water temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
3. When setting up SQL diaphragm pressure tanks outdoors, rain proof, sun proof, and moisture-proof facilities should be provided, and technical measures should be taken to prevent freezing in cold seasons.
4. The distance from the top of the tank to the low point of the building structure should not be less than 0.3m, and the net distance between the tank wall and the wall should not be less than 0.5m. The tank body is prohibited from being subjected to strong vibration or impact.
5. Please confirm that the pipelines, accessories, pressure gauges, etc. have been correctly installed before use (refer to Figure 3).
6. After all components are installed, unscrew the inflation nozzle cover and fill it with compressed gas (the gas should not contain oil to prevent accelerated aging of the rubber diaphragm). At the same time, open the water outlet valve to empty the air inside the capsule. When the pressure reaches 90% of the system's low working pressure, close the inflation nozzle and complete the inflation.
7. Check all connections with soap solution to confirm that there are no leaks in the system.
8. When used as a fire-fighting constant pressure or air pressure water supply equipment, if the water pump frequently starts, the gas pressure inside the tank (after the tank is drained) should be checked in a timely manner.
