The digital locking balance valve produced by our factory is a new type of energy-saving valve with special functions. Due to the presence of an opening digital display and a digital locking device on the valve, it can be intuitively adjusted to any position, as well as a pressure measuring small valve used for flow measurement.
This valve is mainly used in industrial and civil building heating pipe network systems. It has good flow characteristics, which can accurately adjust pressure drop and flow rate, allocate flow rate reasonably, achieve flow quantification, and effectively solve the problem of uneven temperature in heating (air conditioning) systems. As long as appropriate specifications of digital locking balance valves are installed in each branch and user entrance, and a dedicated intelligent instrument is used for one-time debugging and locking, the total water volume of the system can be controlled within a reasonable range, thus overcoming the unreasonable phenomenon of "large flow, small temperature difference".
The application of this valve has achieved good results in achieving liquid balance in the pipeline network and saving energy. This product is an ideal choice for heating systems.

The left figure shows the flow characteristic curve of this type of valve, and our factory produces valves with equal percentage characteristics. From the curve graph, it can be seen that if the opening is given an equal rate of change, the rate of change in flow rate is equal. Its characteristic is that when the opening is large, the flow rate is large, and when the opening is small, the flow rate is small. In engineering, it is mostly used when the flow rate is high, and equal percentage valves are precisely suitable for this requirement. Based on this characteristic, a certain flow rate can be freely preset (fast opening valves and linear valves do not have this function), and when changes are needed, the amount of change can be known to achieve the ideal state.

precautions
1. The SP45F balance valve has flow regulation and measurement functions. To ensure stable water flow before and after the valve and ensure measurement accuracy, it is recommended to install it as much as possible at the straight pipe section.
2. The direction of the arrow on the valve body is the flow direction of water, do not install it upside down.
3. Due to the conical shape of the valve plug, it is easy to squeeze debris when the opening is small. When installing, the valve should be closed to the 0 position to prevent impurities from falling in. When flushing the pipeline, the valve should be opened to 100% to avoid blockage.
4. When the valve is closed, the dial, number of turns display window, and percentage display window all show 0.
5. When locking, gently rotate the handle left and right, while turning the key clockwise until the handle cannot be turned.
6. To change the opening, first unlock with the key, then turn the handwheel to the desired opening and lock with the key.
