7. Working conditions
The maximum working pressure of the SOW volute double suction pump system is 2.5 MPa, which means that the pump suction pressure+pump head is less than 2. 5MPA, The static pressure test pressure of the pump is 3. 75MPA。 According to the maximum pressure that the pump body can withstand, the materials of the pump body and pump cover are gray cast iron (1.6MPA), ductile iron (2.0MPA), and cast steel (2.5MPA). 8. Structural description
The SOW series pump is a horizontally split structure, with the suction and discharge ports located below the pump axis and perpendicular to the axis in a horizontal direction. This type of pump does not require disassembly of the inlet and outlet pipelines during maintenance, making disassembly and maintenance convenient. The rotor is a composite component that can be lifted as a whole for easy maintenance, and the same rotor component can be used for reverse rotation. High precision imported deep groove ball bearings are selected for both ends of the bearing, which run smoothly, have low noise, long service life, and are lubricated with grease. There are two types of shaft seals, mechanical seals or packing seals, which users can choose from.
