SMC molded veneer specifications: 1000 × 1000mm, 1000 × 500, 500 × 500mm.

There are thicknesses of 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, and 16mm, among which 5mm thick single board is specially used as a water tank cover plate.

The mechanical properties of SMC molded veneer are as follows: tensile strength ≥ 60MPa, bending strength ≥ 100MPa, bending modulus ≥ 7.0GPa, Babbitt hardness ≥ 60, water absorption ≤ 1.0%, and glass fiber content ≥ 25%.

The quality of SMC combined water tank complies with the standard of JC-658.1-1997 in the building materials industry of the People's Republic of China.

The hygiene standard for SMC combined water tanks shall comply with the GB5749-85 standard of the People's Republic of China.
